It sounds pretty reasonable.

But the Israelis did give themselves very bad press by refusing medical aid to the sick and disallowing removal of bodies for burial. To be sure, this had engendered the notion that an attempt was made to cover things up as the bulldozers did.

IMHO, not until all the bulldozed debris is removed and the dead are identified, it is still moot as to whether all that were killed were armed men and women.

IMHO, a number of the people killed were innocent but misguided victims, and the PLO and others miscalculated that the Israelis would never dare to attack an UN managed camp.

I wonder why no fuss was ever made early on to dismantle the Jenin refugee camp despite its potential for harboring terrorist activities. Maybe the Israelis themselves were deliberately waiting for this Jenin opportunity!
