The "e" gives them 30 days to complete it, but they expect it to be done late next week, so that's that" That's that? well, not exactly. since i did not feel that my question, regarding the meaning of the 'E' had been adequately answered i clarified in a subsequent post: "the fact that it is expected to be temporary doesn't actually tell us anything at all about its meaning." in response to which, dave, you merely repeated: "Regarding the "e", they have 30 days to get the audit in. When they do it comes off." thus, it was left to another poster (StkProfit$) to provide the complete and very releveant, imho, explanation: "Once the OTC filing system was in place, an "E" was affixed to any OTC that did not have its financial report duly recorded with the SEC on time. (Note: after a period of time a non-reporting OTC will go to the pink sheets until they file a properly audited form in order to gain compliance.)" this must be considered, imho, if not a red flag, at least a caution flag that any truly thorough dd must acknowledge. any experienced trader knows an issue relegated to the pink sheets confronts a far more formidable public relations, trading and investing environment. moreover, concerns about the viability of hqnt as an investment of any kind are further raised, imho, by the poster, 'augieboo's', report on his investigation of last quarter's 10k. dave, a hard won reputation for integrity can be squandered in a breathtakingly short period of time. i hope you will not shoot the messenger but will consider the message in the spirit it is intended. perhaps comments such as mine or those of 'itsallover', are not merely fair and reasonable, but also inevitable, given the increasing sophistication of traders on the boards, and the increasing impatience with the proliferation of self-serving board hustlers. imho, if you do not specifically and relentlessly differentiate yourself from these latter by avoiding even the appearance of a conflict of interest, history will not be kind. all imho and fwiw. id
