We have had about 4 head and shoulders patterns on Qcom in the last year. Look closely.

I agree with you, that could be a decending triangle. It also looks like a short term double bottom. I jus think the Naz is going to break to the downside very shortly. That will most likely negate the double bottom creating a lower low, very bearish.

QCOM appears in strong downchannel
the anomoly might have been the Nov01 touch of 60
all that flagwaving and Cramer cheerleading, you know
which took it slightly above the clear channel
next bottoming impulse about 30/share

I expect all tech to suck serious wind all year
the deflation process is nowhere complete

Puplava outlines a brilliant scenario
deflation in tech and most product areas
inflation in energy and most commodity areas
powerful differential gradient forming
now changing jetstream of currency markets underway
the dollar is on the downhill side now
the ingredients for a Perfect Storm

economy declines into recession
currency markets rock in unstable tectonic shifts
stock market enters new down trend, new bear

Ch 6, Ch 7 are excellent, yet chilling

his Last Wave addition shows patterns in the last four decades
we are almost exactly where we were in early 1970's

the Three Sisters are ominous now
federal debt, corporate debt, household debt
until all balance sheets are repaired, NO RECOVERY
AND STORM AFTER STORM UNTIL RESOLUTION

by the way, Jim Puplava outlined his Perfect Storm in early 1999
so far, very much on schedule
