On shorting read Financial Shenanigans by Howard Schilett
and The Art of Short Selling by Kathryn Staley."

One more book that is pretty good.. The Financial Numbers Game by Charles Mulford and Eugene Comiskey. It's a new book chock full of agressive/fraudulent accounting examples. It went to press right before ENE debacle so unfortunately that isn't included.
