Joan i totally agree with you but i think it is the parents who are to blame. It is easier for them not to be parents or teach children to do and receive a sense of self value as well as feeling very capable from their own doing. Up North property prices make if possible to buy a home. My friends son is a graphic designer living in Min he owns his own home there. He could not own a home here although he would prefer to live closer to his parents. Wages are just about equal but the housing cost is not.
