Time to start writing May and June calls? I may wait a bit for a spike.

So give us a heads up when you see that spike over the horizon. We'll be looking, too.

So you went from 1.55 to zip; I went from 1.50 to .20. Hmm, temptation is to start a contest. But not only would I lose, the contest would lead me to do something destructive. Better take a pass.

I can almost copy your post and it would reflect my experience except a different strike price.

3/1/02: Wrote ntap* April 17.50 at 2.10 (price at time of sell was $17.43)
4/19/02: ntap** April 17.50 got called out. ($17.58 closing price)

Brokerage commissions were .07/sh , plus .05/sh to sell them, so net return was >1.98/sh. I lost my shares but only lost .08 a share in appreciation. Oh happy day :-).

PS...Thanks Frank for making my post easy to write. I assume your post wasn't copyrighted...lol
