thanks for the nav heads up i am getting almost all of my nav defs now via the 'intelligent updater' method instead of via 'liveupdate'. as you may know, new nav defs are released almost daily (during the week) and are retrievable via 'intelligent updater'. many times i will check liveupdate and it says i am current, when in fact two or three days worth of earlier defs have been available. the links on this page have all the specifics securityresponse.symantec.com :) mark
