its, yearly audited financials are always done for any listed security. A delay can occur for any number of reasons (valid and not), and again, if any are concerned they ought to check the company's track record, at least since Mr. Cohn, has become the CEO. The "e" is never a good thing, but it is not necessarily a horrible sign either. They've had unexpected delays and gotten the "e" before, but always easily met the 30 day window, according Mr. Cohn.

But rather than have to believe me, check into it yourself or wait to see if it indeed comes back off in the near future.

I am betting my own money that it will, but I could be wrong, I suppose. My logic is that, if nothing else, the new, highly respected management on board, in addition to other large shareholders, would not be very happy if the audit was delayed for more than a week or two.
