One fellow told me recently that he turned about $25k into $1.2M and lost it all from the run-up to the tank starting in spring 2000. Analysts were still calling HAND and PCLN a "Buy" near $100 and too many were buying it. He said that no one had to remind him anymore about the importance of strong DD and diversification. I recently turned cautious on ESST, as I noted a week or so ago, when I saw all the insider transactions. I think that still could easily be a $30 stock if the Naz turns up but I am nervous about holding it overnight now.
