How about this for an Idea. In order help speed up the end of the Israeli / Palestinian conflict, could a lawsuit be filed in the International court of justice on behalf any Palestinian person who was not properly compensated for the loss of their home when settlements were created in the UN court on the basis of Human Rights Violations? Specifically Article 17. (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. This whole conflict would take a different turn if country's Gov't such as Israel's had to pay large sums of money for the land that they have taken or are trying to take. Someone should spend some serious time trying to end this thing so it doesn't become a larger war.. We all loose then. FT Just trying to think "outside the box" and use systems that are in place today instead of the suicide bomb or War.
