All I can day is that I certainly wouldn't invest if I felt the way you do. Nor should anyone.

I agree fully that it's best for any company to get their filings done on time, but the really key thing is that they fully conform by the 30-day grace period. That is very important. I think you will find that they always have. They may have a legitimate reason for being late but I will not make excuses for them.

But if you think about it, while you are showing that they have been late before, you are also showing that they have always gotten the filing done within the 30 day grace period.

Is that managerially incompetent to be a few days late when they managed to earn one million dollars in net earnings from operations as mentioned in their latest Press Release?

Well, each can best answer that for him or herself.

Augie, by the way, when you file your audited report, which is done by an independent auditor if I am not mistaken, the SEC may come back with questions or things they want clarified or changed. They may come back right away or take a few days.

It can be a really small thing or something major. But again, I think you will find that this process works this way sometimes. I can get a better answer from the CEO if you like. I am not sure he was even there at that time. I can't remember exactly when he started.

Better yet, why not call him yourself if you really care? Sometime that's a great part of doing DD. See if what he says makes sense to you.
