Elizabeth: <Heap leach bulk sample>

Heard from Alamos last wk: No local problem. A contractor from Hermosillo will be stripping
250kT using his 85T trucks, exposing 100kT ore (not 50), stripping permits in hand, using contractor
blast permits, but need to build an explosives shed ($20k). Then track drill will be run in again
to very accurately determine grade (since the hope is to improve recoveries few %, would need
tight initial grade info). Construct small pad and load 20kT ore using Alamos 35T trucks (about
half million worth of Alamos equip located within 200km). Could be pouring some gold by yr end.
Could then continue with their equip on the bal of 80kT ore.

Looks like an efficient way to get started using contractor larger equip for efficiency and time
saving on some of the permits. Instead of a one shot bulk sample, can continue with some
exposed ore on a low vol basis. Have no idea how much this can help with expenses, but I
personally have confidence they are just the right people to work Mulatos.

Overall planning is in progress now and so no reporting by them yet.
