Steve, it's getting worse. I heard a few are now advocating legalizing the murder of children under the age of one month, if they're born with birth defects. (Can't find a link, though.)

Ten, just read an article about that.......its the parents who are asking to have the pregnancy terminated if they find the child has a defect. While I do not agree with the philosophy, I am not sure I would want people who think that way to be parenting a child with Down's Syndrome, or any other child for that matter.
