Here's my weekly reminder that the bears are still p***ing into the wind: <g>

NYSE for the week-
New Highs: 516
New Lows: 59

Advances: 2075
Declines: 1305

Bearish Fantasy- Today's Yahoo Headline: "Times Look Bleak for of Investors of Every Stripe " biz.yahoo.com

Bullish Reality- Small Caps breaking out to new highs:

The large cap indices are lagging, certainly. That keeps the public mesmerized about the so called 'continuing bear market'- But frankly, I will take the opposite side of your position that the large caps are going to fall apart.

I expect the divergence will close at some point soon- and I propose that it will happen by large caps outperforming the small. So if I were inclined to be bearish- I'd be selling small caps and not large ones here..

Best of Luck, I'll be back for my weekly reminder in a few more days. <g>
