My point to max before was that it makes no difference to me, because I dont buy stocks based on recomendations on internet message boards. I am here to gather ideas and explore those ideas further.

Dave being a paid promoter does not influence my decision in the least. However, all the late filings and such makes me think management is incompatent and until they prove otherwise that stock is not on my screens.
