Craig, Hell, that Nu-Tech financing was a "Toxic Preferred". Any company dumb enough to do one of these deserves to have their stock banged down. If Mudrey's Mob is shorting VNWC based on the thought that the upcoming financing is going to be a registered convert with a floating conversion, then I hope they short a million more shares. They are going to have their Bell Rung.

You know, I've even seen these when the conversion price is set at a premium ABOVE the set price on breaking escrow. I doesn't make any difference, If the coversion price floats with the common price, then the people who do these financings will knock down the stock price.

For obvious reasons you always forget to mention that this case was dismissed twice and plaintiff got sanction by court for bringing that lawsuit
