Jerry's Microsoft testimony brings up an interesting point. Isn't it illegal for both Intel and Microsoft to even discuss "screwing AMD" in exchange for favors?

AMD's lawyers had better be talking to Sun's lawyers since the deal being discussed was effectively "If Intel screws Sun, then Microsoft will screw AMD."

Who's to say whether Microsoft's long delay in announcing support for x86-64 is not a payback for reduced Intel support for Java or greater Intel support for .NET IL?
