Thanks again for the selections. I guess I think the testimony is poorly worded and the Java issue was still 3DNow. However, I see that the testimony seems to tie "Java" and "processor" near the context of Hammer.

The "Java" issue is probably well covered in one of the other court documents - perhaps a more general argument by the States.

Sometime I will do some reading... thanks for the encouragement.
