No, not at all

My understanding it that there is no exercise price and yes, I have purchased from 57 - 74 cents on the open market. This is a verbal agreement only at this point however. I am totally trusting the company to be honorable. Please send post 6040 on my thread for a rather lengthy mention of my position. Good luck!
