Fri Apr 5, 5:00 pm ET, Ness Brings Clarification and Correction in Domestic Acreage

WILLOW PARK, Texas, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS - news) announced in a press release December 5, 2001, the leasing of 7,000 acres. The oil and gas lease covers all unleased land on a ranch in Edwards County, Texas. Activities have commenced in procuring financing to cover the cost of drilling the wells. This lease agreement calls for the exchanging of restricted common stock as consideration to the landowners. After the preliminary land work and additional discussion with the landowners, it became evident that clarification and confirmation of the acreage total was needed prior to issuing stock. It was determined through Ness' land consultant that the corrected leasehold acreage is approximately 5,800 acres.

One-hundred forty-five thousand shares of restricted common stock was issued as consideration in acquiring an oil and gas lease of approximately 2,200 acres, located 10 miles west of Weatherford, Texas in Parker County. (Correcting the original stated 3,000 acres as reported in a press release dated 1/7/02).

Additionally, Ness wishes to more correctly state that it entered into an agreement to develop and assist in developing 6,900 acres of mineral rights, instead of 4,200 acres, located 10 to 20 miles west to northwest of Fort Worth. This brings the total amount of acreage for potential development to 14,900 reported in a press release dates 1/09/02.
