From the Lucent CC:

In addition, the company further reduced its exposure to vendor financing, now down to $2.2 billion from $2.5 billion in the first quarter.

Of the $1 billion in undrawn vendor financing, Lucent believes that customers may draw $500 million in 2002 and $200 million to $300 million in 2003, with the remaining amount untapped.
