Crossy,

Maybe you oughtta plan to go bike riding in Russia this summer to see what kind of oil fields _you can find! <g>

For the latest analyst report on this company see teai.com , which is put out by Torch Energy Capital.

Give it a coupla minutes to download -- its 12 pages full of first-rate analysis on my favorite stock!

I am busy these days but will try to put some more color on this over the weekend.

Once the company choses to start hyping this report it should power the stock up to the $.70 mark, or if nothing else it should serve to chew through this overhang that was created from the recent financing.

Thanks to my buddy Dave for letting me know this was put up on the Torch site.

The fact that oil prices are holding up even though tensions are easing somewhat in the Middle East is extremely bullish for Teton. With oil at current levels, Teton is now generating positive cash flow. From here on out every new well they put in production will just add more cash flow.

1Q revenues should come in at right around $700 - 800K. This is a great improvement over 4Q '01 and will totally blow away what they did for 1Q '01. That is because they hadn't gotten their pipeline in place until after 1Q ended last year. Look for the 10Q to come out in the next coupla weeks. I hope they start putting production data in their 10Q's at this point.

I am hoping that Teton takes advantage of their current situation and gets another round of wells spudded sometime in the next month or two. They should have the money to do this now that they did the financing and they don't need any cash to fund operations any more. They caused their shareholders to suffer severe dilution by this financing and they should now start to put the money to work.

The new processing facility will save about a buck a barrel in processing costs. This really improves the economics and further underscores the obvious benefits to Teton continuing to ramp up production once the facility is in place. If they spud a round of wells in the next month or so, these should be completed by the time the processing facility is operational.

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
