CIBC downgrades to HOLD from Buy, as checks indicate that there is no near-term positive catalyst in sight and estimates for the second half of FY03 are likely to come down; cuts FY03 rev/EPS ests to $927 mln/$0.26 from $969 mln/$0.30 and FY04 to $1.0 bln/$0.32 from $1.1 bln/$0.37 (both are significantly below consensus).
