This is certainly in no way related to lying, obfuscating the facts, or any other inappropriate activity. This is a legal dispute, which will be resolved in the courts. When it is resolved, I'm confident Bush will comply with the Supreme Court's determination, whatever it is.

I believe the WH finally came to its senses, recognized that its not omnipotent and handed over the info.
