THat sounds like a good possibility.

I have a move to close the bottom of the 4/16 gap
(or the 4/15 close)

This could be done on the NDX with a move to 1360
for a decline of 25 points and still leave your
COMPX target of 1770 intact (with a similar decline of 26
points)

In regards to QLGC - my momemtum based indicators are
pointing to a move down as well. Comparable with the
indices.

So it all looks nice and ripe for a bounce soon.
Course I hate that - I'd rather being scared than
cocky when I open my long positions <g>

Firstwave Reports Continued Improved Financial Results For First Quarter 2002

Company Shows 152% Increase in Revenues and an Eps of $.46
ATLANTA, Apr 22, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Firstwave Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSTW chart, msgs), a web-based, eCRM solutions provider, today announced financial results for the First Quarter of 2002.

The Company reported a net income of $966,000, or $0.46 per basic share, total revenues of $4.1 million, and a $410,000 increase in cash during the quarter.

Total revenues for the First Quarter of 2002 of $4,056,000 were a 152% increase over First Quarter 2001 revenues of $1,613,000. Software license revenues increased 452% to $728,000 from $132,000 in the First Quarter of 2001. Services Revenues increased 283% to $2,875,000 in the First Quarter of 2002 from $750,000 in the comparable quarter of 2001.

Net income of $966,000, or $.46 per basic share, in the First Quarter of 2002 is compared to a net loss of $1.2 million, or a loss of $.55 per basic share, in the First Quarter of 2001.

The Company reported an increase of $410,000 in its cash position, with a total cash balance of $2.3 million as of March 31, 2002. Firstwave continues to partner with a leading global services company which contributed a significant portion of the revenues and receivables during the quarter.

In addition, Firstwave has received additional payments of $1.9 million since the end of the quarter from this partner.
