Why is so many people on attach the other sides character and intelligence rather than ideology. These are not unwarranted attacks; it is a fundamental belief of mine that a prerequistite to being a liberal is that one must have limited intellect. While there are exceptions, I find them to relatively rare. Upwards of 95% of the liberals I know of lack the intellect to think the matter through. That said, I don't believe in mincing words. While I have no problem with common courtesy and respect, I find some statements by liberals to be so outlandish they are worthy of only the most stringent condemnation.
