But what amazes me is that he didn't even see it as a problem until it was brought to his attention.


Are you dense, or what? $28M is like 2/1000 of the revenue HAL. Totally immaterial. Meaningless. Revenue materiality is determined with respect to revenue and assets, NOT with respect to profit.

Of course, if he didn't know about it, obviously he wouldn't have seen it as a problem. DUH.

You know, and I know, that once again, you can't find anything substantive to criticize the administration for, you're trying to make something of nothing. This is typical for liberals. Just bend the truth to make it fit whatever set of facts you need for it to.

I am not bending the truth....it happened exactly the way the article presented it in the link I posted to this site. The bending is on your side but it is to be expected of someone of your caliber. You have a bias and like with most biases, it prevents you from seeing the truth.
