The "WAR" on terror is almost over. There are no more armies to fight just individual cells. We must go after these cells and destroy them but this is not a "war" anymore. Using that word is becoming inaccurate now that the Taliban have fallen. That said, let's do some strategic assassinations and encourage our FBI and CIA and their allied counterparts to nab a lot of bad guys. And no more kissing Saudi ass, let's get 50-75% off oil in 10-15 years as a Earth Day resolution and elect leaders not beholden to Big Oil. Terrorism will never totally disappear. It even comes to us from Americans from the extreme right or left wing. But as for this Bush "war on terror", it may not make up for 9/11 but we're in the mopping up/resumed vigilance/special ops stage. Gladf Israel kicked some terrorist butt last week. Bush should not have stood in their way. The israelis know how to clean house when they are forced to.
