TB, your E-Wave stuff *IS* very interesting!

> any close below OEX 540 and I run for the exit...

...any close below OEX ~540 and I commence (a programme of accumulation) selling BONDs and buying STOCK (^_^)

imho, Mr. Greenspan should have taken back one 0.50% interest rate cut in the first quarter, saying, "we are taking back one of the emergency cuts enacted immediately after 9|11". Then, announce in plain language: "we, the Fed will now adopt a policy of gradualism ~ as we feel that the most important thing for the U.S. economy is neither a tight nor loose bias but, the confidence of consistency ~ liquidity stability over the course of at least one fiscal year".

...because we did not do this, the Fed remains dead ~ the Cost of Kapital will now be set by the TNX+TYX market ~ which means our screw-up is now complete: the ethics of Hayek & Friedman have been replaced by neo-Keynesian monetary policy :-(

At some point we all realize that ~ the Democrats on the Left are dysfunctional; the ReligiousRight Republicans can offer us only behavioural dogma and fiscal, military incompetence ~ what we need is a TRUE CONSERVATIVE...

...et voila !

TB> Fire & Water...

> DJIA projections are somewhat different. The upside projection is in the 11,350 neighborhood. However, thereafter, the downside projection is to about 7,400. To reach this level the Industrial Cyclicals in the DJIA are going to have to collapse...

...cost of FIRE = oil/energy goes above ~$28/bbl, and stays above this level; then, we (all become aware) that WATER is a commodity ~ and we ain't got enough fresh water supply ~ and we ain't got no mo' fish in our salt water coastlines :-(

ie., your "collapse of industrial cyclicals, the DJIA".
