I would agree that the top clubs now play at a higher level than the national teams. It's the same players of course - just rearranged - but the great talents are getting increasingly concentrated in a handful of superclubs while they're more dispersed with their countries. They also have more time and familiarity for slick teamwork.

Man U Vs Real Madrid - now that's the dream final and probably a better show than anything this summer.
