<<Mr. Le Pen's victory over Mr. Jospin was described by leaders of the left and the right as a "political earthquake." Until today, Mr. Chirac was expected to face Mr. Jospin in the runoff on May 5. Polls showed that once the field of candidates was narrowed to these two, Mr. Chirac and Mr. Jospin were neck and neck in the race.>> So now we have a full-fledged Fascist, The National Front leader in France, one step away from becoming the President of France, which now places France into an explosive situation. Leftwing will start a Civil War in France before they ever let this this neo-nazi take power.Max

The Third Avenue Funds basket of telecom stocks consists of ADC Telecommunications, Ciena, Comverse Technology, Corvis, JDS Uniphase, Sycamore Networks, Tellium and Tellabs. All but one of the stocks trade at less than $10 a share.

FWIW, chartwise, I think some of these will be good for a bounce trade in the next 5-10 trading days.

CORV @ around $1.00,
JDSU @ about $5.00,
SCMR @ $3.50

Note, these are just very rough targets at this point, and could all be completely wrong.
