For you WCOM lovers- Merrill has a new SELL recommendation and a $2 target.

Goldman just downgraded them to Market perform and notes T is no longer losing market share to WCOM and, in fact, looks to be taking some from WCOM. Plus, the very disappointing EBITDA number will make digging out from under the $30 BILLION of debt all that much harder.
I'm sure Morgan Stanley will weigh in with an "avoid' rating having already downgraded the stock in Feb when it was at $8.
