You are suggesting a mini-bubble in explorations stocks like we had in the mid-90's. Could be. I think we need higher gold prices for that to happen.

In the mid-90's this bubble came way after the producers and assets plays had their big move. Gold was in the $380-$400 range, a price where whenever you hit gold, it was likely to be economical. At $300-$350 gold, you still need to have some good grades.
