alomex, ok, 40% is my over/under... ;-) yes, california was hit hard in the late 80s, early 90s, too. remember, 35% - 40% is pretty darn bad as is...

hey, that is the allure of having a home and condo paid off - you don't worry about that kind of stuff. we would have to worry if the sun would ever shine, though, and that is a big worry for the mrs. ;-)

That's because most of the rich people fled Hong Kong, and moved to Vancouver driving prices up, well before China took over Hong Kong!

Are you still short Amazon.com? If so, please explain to me in one easy lesson, why Amzn gets to exclude expenses such as some $30 million in interest payments of debt in the next qtr??
