Don I have an account with them, and I don’t think they would go through all that expense and not do any business. You must open an account and have a credit card, which is use as security. They check your credit, and assign a credit level to you. They bill your card $01 to see if every thing is OK An offer to sell is a legal contract, unless with drawn I see no reason why volume needs to be reported.
