Yeah, we discussed the facility and land earlier in the thread, or in T/FIF.

I've always used $7 million in my informal valuation. No, I've never seen the facility, but a SI biofreak went by to look at it.

Hi, EP - re. your musings:

1. Land is not a depreciable asset--book it at the lower of cost or market. That said, your point is understood: most likely, the PP&E value devolves from the Edison, NJ bld'g and the Netherlands property, as I suspect that the facility in NJ is not brand new and its book (depreciated) value alone would likely be significantly lower than $4.3m. There may have been recent improvements to the facility that would boost its BV.

2. It's where the AGM is being held. You could attend and let us know -:).

3. No idea--a "campus-like" 17 acres would likely have benefits.
