Which points out that if we put our troops in the buffer we had better put together a comprehensive plan for the Palestinians. Yes, on both sides of the question. There needs to be some sort of Marshall Plan that delivers actual economic development, plus an absence of the kind of corrupt government that steals the money, and gets paid millions besides to keep up the war.
