You'd think someone out there would want to start buying up some of these failing tech stocks at these greatly reduced valuations and see if they can squeeze some value out of them or put together a tech powerhouse or gain cost efficienies by combining two competing operations.

Why bother? The physical and IP assets will be cheaper in BK and the workers will be unemployed, hence cheaper too.

Can you suggest any? I would like to buy some stocks with good prospects and sensible valuations as a hedge for my shorts. But I can't find any stocks I want to own at current prices.
