Overture/United Online -2: Overture: No News On AOL Deal NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- Overture Services Inc. (OVER) signed a two-year renewal agreement with United Online Inc. (UNTD) to serve as the exclusive online keyword search provider for NetZero and Juno, United Online's two major brands of Internet access service. Financial terms weren't disclosed. Overture, a Pasadena , Calif. paid-listings search engine, originally signed the agreement in Feburary 2001 that lets users of NetZero and Juno perform online keyword searches. Overture's announcement comes two days before its major contract with AOL Time Warner Inc. (AOL) is set to expire. Investors are eagerly awaiting news on whether AOL, one of Overture's biggest Web-portal partners, will renew or abandon the agreement....
