But when you look around every 5 years or so, telecom still can't find enough people. What you are seeing today is a transition from one company to another. Managememt in the sector, in a word, sucks. If you work in telecom-you just have to be ready to move around, and you have no idea who you'll be working for in 5 years. It will, however, behoove you to keep current with Sun's products if you plan to keep working. Restaurants my ass...
