Certainly bias can be introduced by how a question is phrased. The delta is more telling in how the same question is answered in one time period verses another. Voter polls are always skewed to the negative since dissatisfied people are more vocal than those who are not.

What happened to the "over 500 dead in Jenin" the Palestinians (and libs on this thread) have been yelling about? Here are some tidbits of truth for the libs on the thread to mull over. Even one of their heroes (Daschle) seems to have it right.

Daschle: U.S. Must Support Israel
Mon Apr 22, 3:15 PM ET
By KEN GUGGENHEIM, Associated Press Writer

"WASHINGTON (AP) - Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle told the largest pro-Israel lobbying group Monday that U.S. support for Israel must be absolute."

"At Jenin, site of some of the worst fighting, he (Peres) said only three of the 50 Palestinians killed were civilians and that 23 Israeli soldiers died."

Here is some more truth (sorry libs):

"The soldiers got orders to respect civilian life and every civilian person and they did so," Peres said.

How would Pounder (or whatever his name was) react to this?

ROED-LARSEN (U.N. Middle East envoy): My reaction is that I have been totally misrepresented in parts of the Israeli media, evidently quoting me wrongly, saying that I stated that there was a massacre in Jenin. <I said nothing of the sort>

After being asked by CNN:

CNN: Among other things, you've had an Israeli Cabinet secretary saying that your comments about Jenin were "distorted, harmful and one-sided." The attorney general of Israel [Elyakim Rubinstein] called your comments "lies and baseless." Your reaction to those criticisms?
