FWIW I like AMD products better than Pentiums but I don't correlate fundamentals with stocks.

I understand but I choose not to ignore the fundamentals...that way, I don't spend a lot of time with a stock that's moving purely based on technicals and momentum. With those stocks, I trade in and out for a quick profit.

With stocks that have decent fundamentals or the potential for decent fundamentals, I try to hold for a bigger and longer term gain.

Regarding skepticism, there's quite a bit of discussion here that doesn't have anything to do with AMD.

Yes, I know. This used to be the original AMD thread but they morphed into two threads about two years ago. The other thread is moderated and rarely is OT. If you didn't know about the other thread and are having trouble locating it, let me know. Its listed as the Moderated AMD thread. Some people post on both.
