Fresh water is something I have always thought would become an issue at some point. I think water utes have done well recently correct? I just don't know how to time it. Maybe they are long term buy and holds....

I'm still long the RUT- but I plan on switching out gradually to more large caps. That's the way the cycle works.

That divergence will close as the cycle progresses. It could happen by large caps gaining rapidly, or by small caps falling rapidly. Either way there is greater potential gain and reduced risk by making the shift..
