There is no child involved

There is a very young member of the species Homo Sapiens involved. You could argue that its not a child in the same way that I am not a child or a 5 year old kid is not a teenager, but it is a young human that is killed.

That's why it's the mother's right to decide

It isn't the mother's right. Sure, physically and legally she has that power but she doesn't have any true right to kill her children.
