Another spec play down in that range is GGAL, the largest private bank in Argentina and about 1/3 of their main stock exchange index. The news about bank closures today actually bumped up GGAL a bit; the theory here is that Argentina has hit bottom at last, and all the bad news is out. But I am such a brave speculator that I have exactly 1/2% of my portfolio in that one. ;<) Ditto my HQNT holding, another 1/2%. Otherwise my only cheapies are GW (2%), PVAT (1.5%), and DROOY (now under 1% after trimming on Friday). The microcap techs aren't likely to budge much while the Naz is fishing around for a new bottom.
