Well Art..You Must Remember..... Meddling half-bright did have something say about that little caffuffle.........but backed off when similar concerns were raised in the good OLE US of A.Those Ruskies were so “ evil “ at the time. Eh? Chencnia didn't even register on the radar screen of American awareness till it was used as a political pawn in the larger scheme of things.... But it was taboooooo..at the time...by meddling half-bright...yes? The HRC certainly must have its hands full, and whether it is in Russia or India or Africa or the Me, they have a job to do. If the Jews of America or Isreal or Europe or whatever, wish to break away from the UN , I suggest they do it sooner than later. At least they will know where they all stand, yes? KC
