bb, You have Brooke wrong if you peg her as a perma bear. How do I know? I trade with her. She will go long when the bearishness gets lopsided and will call your hand when the bulls start hollering for a breakout to the upside. Now if you guys can't stand to be called maybe you should let people know if you are trading or in the buy and hold forever camp. If you are trading and were long when she got on the bulls case, you lost money or got stopped out. If you are in buy and hold forever club then hopefully you bought much lower than when the bulls were looking for a break to the upside...like LG with his flying boomerang wedgies.

I will also tell you this FWIW. Whomever tries to pick the bottom in this telecom sector better lay the TA tools aside and do some Funnymental analysis cause if you pick the wrong ones in this sector your stock is going to end up in bankruptcy court. Not to say that some are not getting interesting here. But I suspect even the ones that survive will be dead money for a while.

The winner is laughing and telling jokes while the bulls are hollering "deal". Now the next winner could be the bulls....for a "little while" anyway.

Monty

Exactamundo BB. I haven't seen this many chest pounding victory dances by the bears in quite some time. I have to shake my head. Here we are a few days removed from new highs in the A/D line- All the major averages are ABOVE support, and the bears are all declaring victory.

So the $64 question is: Who's being led to slaughter?? The Bulls? I thought they were already drawn and quartered..

Telecom bottom- it may be in, it may not be, I don't know- but I do know from experience that parabolas nearly always end with a parabola in the opposite direction- so if i were short, I'd be real nervous..
