VPHM is not trading below cash. It has the SEPR problem - debt outstanding. Adjusting cash for debt likely leaves about $25 MM after 1Q burn. You have 30 cents of cash for every dollar of stock price. Stay away if you are trying to get free cash.

Most of the gene therapy stocks are cheap because nobody thinks the technology works.
