Hank: CRM is a huge market and is waiting for a really good, easy to use, USER FRIENDLY, free of bugs and have a natural flow to it. I did some QA work for a local company developing a rather slick CRM product BUT the ceo was to quick to give code away and hire expensive sales types without a clear plan to specific goals. Check this ceo out and see if he does have specific objectives that are MEASURABLE and goals that are lofty. Good sales types can really shoot a lot of BS... Very interesting spike of late. I am checking out some fundamentals...but will watch it. btw, I thought you were going to post the picture of your flag display...
