I know both GOLD has considered paying dividends in bullion...a fine idea, if you ask me!

I have heard that a few of the miners are considering paying physical gold as dividends. I don't think any do it yet. If a couple eventually pay dividends with physical , perhaps it will catch on. I think HGMCY and GOLD were thinking about it, but I could be wrong about that...

check out the Freeport McMoran [FCX] series B prefs.... you get a dividend and redemption value based on the price of gold making it 'synthetic gold' so to speak. Do your own DD:
